At Least It Wasn't Oxidised: 2003 Verget Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Chenevottes Caniculus

[*]2003 Verget Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Chenevottes Caniculus - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru (4/17/2010)
Bright golden color and a little vanilla on the nose. Not much else going on aromatically. On the palate some vanilla and a touch of muted lemon but with the zing removed. This low acid wine has seen better days. It’s missing anything that says “Chassagne”. Good to not quite but almost if it had some character Very Good./

I have one bottle of this left. I really liked it a few years ago, I guess it’s “drink now” time.
Thanks for the note!
