Artevino wine fridge - Anyone ever replaced the controller?

I have an Artevino from WE that I bought a while back, and I can no longer set the top zone, so I ordered a new controller to try and replace it. (Side note, I called about 10 repair folk that WE recommended and none of them would touch it. Next wine fridge will be a GE or Subzero or some brand that my dependable appliance guy will actually try and fix).

Anyway, if anyone has done this, can you send me a message? I am having trouble figuring out how to get the controller unit out. I’ve undone the main screws but there’s clearly some sort of fastening holding it in still, but whatever is holding it is clearly not a regular screw.

If you are having to do this yourself, you’d think they’d send you a service manual on request.

Yeah they have some sort of manual but it only shows the screws, and I’m not sure what else is holding it in. Might be nothing and I just have to pull super hard, but the plastic feels flimsy and I don’t want to break it.
