As we come upon the second anniversary of the Long Beach offline series, it’s with mixed emotions that I announce the last event that I will be organizing for some time. I am heading off to Florida in late October/early November, and want one last chance to share the company with local friends who have made my efforts so worthwhile these last two years. I have been amazed at the following we’ve developed, and really wish to thank in person as many of you as can join me.

I tried to balance inclusiveness with logistical expedience, so this group will be a little larger at 20. It’s a no-corkage Thursday night at Lasher’s, so bring whatever you want to share, but know that the emphasis this night will be on togetherness and reminiscence, not serious wine contemplation.

Once again, thanks to all of you who have joined me in exploring the great wining and dining resources that Long Beach has to offer. I look forward to what will be a very special night.

Kriss, I am not certain I can make it down that night but let this be a public thank you for the time and effort you put into the LB and surrounding scene with your events.
