Chris - I don’t know the true motivation to move it away from Wine Talk, but I suspect there may be some fear that some banned posters blogs will land on the list (i.e., Lyle Fass’ Rockss and Fruit Blog) and or some blogs that have published some blogs critical of Robert Parker i.e. Dr Vino)

Tony beat me to it…any discussion of “competetors” gets swept off to Social Hall there.

To keep this on track, yes, discussing wine blogs is relevant to wine talk in so much as the topic is about wine, wine appreciation, etc.

I should have posted Lyle’s blog. How did I forget it? I got Alice in there, and amazingly in the context of a URL her name actually showed up.

Really though, wine blogs? Not wine talk. Gout? Hell yeah.

Did Squires go another holiday season without watching Miracle on 34th Street? There’s an age old lesson. Send them to Gimbel’s and they’ll love Macy’s even more. No, he’d rather be old man Potter from It’s a Wonderful Life, sad when the dream ends and people rally to save the bank. “It could have been all mine…ALL MINE…muuuhahaha!”
