If you are already surviving the drive to Pride, then you can always hit up Vineyard 7&8 or Barnett. Both are fantastic. We just had an amazing experience at Fantesca on Saturday. It is also on Spring Mountain Rd., much closer to St. Helena.
Since you are already in St Helena to visit Pride, you can get to Sinegal easily, also in St Helena. Their Napa blend is under $100, I think, the property is silly beautiful and the wines are well regarded.
So, going up on Friday. Ended up with stopping my Macdonald in the morning and then Pride early afternoon. See how I’m feeling after Pride with temp and car full of wine.
