Flannery doesnāt currently sell prime filet because the cost has gone through the roof. I remember Bryan talking about that a year or so ago.
Thanks. The header for beef selections is āUSDA Primeā and there was only the tenderloin roast listed under Midwest. More than fair to slice that up.
Iām sure it punches well above the weight class.

Not really a PSA, but it is Flannery. Had a fantastic dinner last night at Kali (very casual, fairly small one Michelin star restaurant in LA). If Kali sounds familiar, that is one of the burger blends from Flannery. Talked a bit with Chef Meehan. Fantastic young chef. The group (about 30) loved the Flannery NY.
