Back to my aged wine shenanigans. This time a 2010 Cameron Giuliano, 2010 which I was lucky enough to discover in a recess. So much going on in this 16 year old cool vintage gem. Slight effervescence, white flowers, apple, white apricot, plenty of acidity, toast, hay. Absolutely in its vigor and with great stories to tell. Well done, Cameron! [IMG_1527]
