I rarely use ready-made Pasta sauces, but this „Quattro Formaggi“ sauce or what you call Alfredo sauce is delicious and new at my inventory. The sauce is only 250g, so for me a good opportunity to add leftover cream&parmesan or peccorino. Finally I added some sauté broccolini/baby broccoli on top, quite good mix.

Ingredients
250g Quattro Formaggi or Alfredo sauce
100-150g heavy cream (32%)
30-40g Parmesan/Peccorino
200g broccolini
1-2 tsp fresh crushed black pepper
250g Pasta (me: Mezzi Paccheri by Rummo)
Preparation
1. Add pasta to the cooking water. Sauté the broccolini on high heat in a wok for around 4-5min. Set aside
2. Add Alfredo sauce to the wok and cook on low to medium heat, add heavy cream, black pepper and at the end parmesan/peccorino. Cook for 4-5min.
3. Optional add 1 laddle of pasta cooking water to the sauce. Then add cooked pasta to the sauce and combine for 2-3min.
4. Finally add broccolini on top. Serve……
