A simple Herbsaint Frappe is a hell of a drink

Herbaint over ice, a touch of water, simple syrup if you need it (I don’t), damn good, especially as the weather warms up. Especially if you have pellet ice : )

I’m a big fan of the pastis and anise genre, have brought home several unique and special (single vintage) version from Europe. Herbsaint holds its own.

What is different from Herbsaint other than the addition a touch of water and syrup?

I’m a big fan, too, of anise based liquors.

Just ice!
