    Spicy, darker fruits, well balanced. Has all the components. A hint of tannin. Excellent with cheese and bacon infused burgers. (92 pts.)
  • 2007 Mazzocco Zinfandel Smith Orchard Reserve - USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley (11/7/2009)
    92 pts, but only if you like BIG! Tons of ripe fruits on the nose. Fruit and pepper in the mouth. For those that like a relatively more restrained Zin, there’s the Rafanelli.
