Sounds great. For a variation, try using Sugar in the Raw and muddling the juice in it before adding the Cachaça. That will give you a bit more rustic flavors and textures, more like a traditional Caipirinha.
Actually Tex, the drinks sounds delish. I love ruby red grapefruit. You should name it. How about the Pink Brasilian? That’ll give Sex On The Beach a run for its money.
