2001 Charvin CdP
Mature aromas and flavors of leather, black olive, hints of garrigue, some dark cherry fruit. Palate coverage is quite good
and this bottle retains much elegance. Way better than the roasted fig character of a bottle last year. 2007 Huet Vouvray Petillant
Gold color, much more open and honeyed (yet dry) than previous steely showings for this bottling. Delicious.
