Gruet
Roederer Estate meets this need in our house.
Really? Didn’t they expand production dramatically, well beyond their original sources, and watch the quality decline along the way.
I haven’t had it in a few years but it was decent the last time I did, for what it is.
Lambrusco! Chiarli Vecchia Modena has 375s that are great with food
Oh also Txakolina
I find the Raventos Cava pretty solid - both rose and blanc
Arnaud Lambert Cremant de Loire. The rose is very solid.
Following, i need 375’s as well. So far my go to has been roederer estate. I think i picked up for $13-14/btl
Another vote for the Roederer Estate
I like the Filipa Pato sparklers for when wanting something inexpensive. I don’t know about distribution and I have never seen 375s but when the 750 is $20, I don’t think it matters as much.
Thanks to all who answered.
When Gruet was sold and went from all New Mexico to ‘American’ (I believe it’s now mostly Washington State fruit), I think quality went downhill. I still will order a glass in a restaurant if it’s that or some mass market Prosecco, but otherwise I’m out.
Roederer Estate will become my go-to.
Another vote for Roederer Estate. No longer a need for us, but when we were drinking more frequently it met that specific need
And another.
