25 minute salmon recipe

Sounds really tasty! Just thought I’d share my go to for Salmon:

In a rectangular deep Tupperware, 2 cups orange juice, 2 tbsp coarse grain mustard, 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, and fresh grated ginger to taste. I use about 2 tbsp of this as well to keep the numbers simple.

Marinate for a few hours to overnight.

Place filets on parchment paper on baking pan and broil for 6-7 mins.

Place reserve marinade in sauce pan and bring to boil. Better watch this as the acids all combine and will easily foam and boil over.

Plate salmon and drizzle (you guessed it) 2 tbsp of boiled marinade over filet.

I serve with basmati rice, and haricot verts.

The sauce will fool you and everyone thinks it’s butter based. Super light in calories and fat yet incredibly flavorful.

Bon apetit!
