I had this at the incredible fish restaurant, Saint Peter. It is an interesting chardonnay. Beautiful balance. Lots of grapefruit type citrus and seems unoaked. Reminds me in many ways of unoaked chablis. Not sure of the elevage here. The finish is wonderful with a rush of minerals. Only thing I wished for as a Burg nut is a little more midpalate density but that is picking nits. Wonderful with the fish. Quite a bit better than a Giant Steps Sexton 2023 that I tasted at the hotel. This comes from Orange NSW which is a fascinating area. Small area. High altitude and cool. Loved it.
