For those with knowledge of the past, this may be the opposite of the historically horrible years, like 1968 and 2002.

Señor Alfert and others beg to differ on 2002:

TN: 2002 Leoville Barton, St. Julien

Only Cos and Montrose, and loved them both. I had a few 02 Cos, they were stand up wines. Not over done, a well done balanced wine. Just drank them too early lol. I did too, Rich. And the Mouton. I totally missed this vintage. #fail!
