Tax and shipping will be another $200. With secondary market offering $2000 a three pack landed, Scarecrow has almost closed the flip market.
Even more reason to keep one’s allocation.
Well, he needs to come up with more coin this year. Two west Coast retailers are already sending out offers for $2000 a three pack.

Random question on their list policies:
I’ve been on their list since 2012-ish. Bought Etain a few times, and got an offer on the 2015 vintage that I (unfortunately) had to pass on because I was not in a financial position at the time to buy. Fast forward to 2017, I get another offer but don’t get the order in before they sell out.
So…thoughts on how long I can expect to wait for another Scarecrow allocation? Should I just contact them and check that I’m still in the queue?

Sold out last year in a few days. Lots of interest especially given there’s no 2020 vintage.
You should reach out. I passed on the 2016 vintage (which I regret). Last year, I asked where I was in the queue, hoping for some 2019. I don’t remember the precise wording, but I was left with the impression that I’d probably be getting an offer for the 2021 vintage.

Hmmm I was offered 6 bottles last year… took them all… and now I’m only offered 3. Isn’t total production up? Their website says 2000 cases vs 1800 last year.

I would like to buy the Mag and etched 3l bottles but the price is crazy.
I bought the Mag last year. Maybe that’s why I got offered 6.

The 3L is coin for a wine 99% of the population never opens. It’s purely decoration for a trophy cellar.
