Brand, to me, seemed to dip in quality with the new owners, but perhaps I am wrong as Melka makes it now. Anyone have any inside answers? The Cab is now $350/btl and Blend (Cab Franv mainly) is $300/btl.

Melka has always made Brand. Their onsite winemaker came from Dana Estates working as an asst. to Chris and is very talented great dude (I think he has been there for a few years now). Price of entry is steep but quality is high. the 2018’s while big are stunning wines…have not had the 2019.
