First night of family vacation in Rehoboth. A bit later arrival, so just made some simple burgers on the grill and opened this with them. Love this wine but this is my first ‘18 from them. No heat, great acid, crunchy red fruit. There is a long finish that lets you know it’s gamay, with a juniper/hops note.

I stumbled across a 3L of this on closeout at a local shop for $100. Now I just have to figure out when to open it…
