2015 Diel „Goldloch“ Kabinett
Textbook Kabinett, full of freshness by a racy acidity, lightness by 8%, juicy fruit, distinctive minerality by the gravelly bedrock and of course huge drinking pleasure. Seductive perfume of yellow fruits, blossoms and a touch of lychee (?). Impressive flinty rminerality on Day 1. Then on Day 2 the yellow fruit has the upper-hand, Anyway a classic Kabinett with its drive&kick and you can’t put the glass down. In my case also a perfect match with the Persian classic „Fesenjoon“. Good years ahead.
