Napa Valley Red Wine. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Grenache, Merlot and Petit Sirah. A kitchen sink of blends which change slightly year to year to the taste of the winemaker, Heidi Barrett. An interesting wine of chameleon flavors. Cabernet in structure with chocolate notes accompanying dark berries. It starts with light bodied Cab, then fleshes out to more saturated syrah and takes on chocolate notes as the finish blends the flavors. Very interesting and fun wine.
