2014 Lewelling now live

I find that these need air or decant time even for the vintages more than 10 years old. Patience, not pop 'n pour, works best for me across the board. Do others agree?

Don’t give up. There is always the aftermarket. Today I picked up 2 bottles of the 2012 CS Wight for $49 apiece from Benchmark.

Brian: I absolutely agree. Just opened a 2004 (St Helena), decanted for about an hour and it was beautiful with “sear & roast” rack of lamb. flirtysmile

Some also finds it way i to retail, so, in 2 years you could check around…if you want to wait and take the chance.
