Staying with the musical note theme, this is my thought on the 2015 Bouard-inspired Lanessan:
Bouard started with the 2015 vintage. I did not buy but a few.
I’m willing to try 2016, but to be candid, backfilling makes more sense to me.
Had to make an editorial note to correct a very obvious, 3-glass induced omission. Sociando rhymes better with Rollando, than does Lafite. And fits the context given what I drink, I’m ‘hood like that. No Lafite in my Cribbie.

Nothing spoofy about '15 IMO. I thought it was just as good as the '14.
The 2015 is riper, but the vintage was riper. Easier to blame the consultant, as it fits the narrative.
