2014 CdP impressions, anyone?

Howdy folks.
Anybody out there taste '14 CdPs?
Thoughts and impressions are appreciated.

I’ve only tasted a couple and those from cuve (except for the Eddie Feraud, which was in bottle as of a couple of weeks ago). There were late rains and no doubt the vintage will not be considered great by critics. It is more open than the 13s, again a gentler wine than the bigger solar year wines. I doubt they will be long agers but good domaines made good wines. I have tasted more Vacqueyrases and well made ones are quite nice to drink now. If you are buying to cellar, though, this is probably not your vintage.

What I´ve tasted last September:

The vintage is variable, and I would either stick to the most consistent (and well known) producers - or first taste before buying.
Several special cuvees were not made, so this juice went into the regular cuvees - which is not uninteresting …

On the positive side the style is rather Burgundian (if well made), in many instances no hard edges to detect. Also it will be very different from 2013, more feminine, elegant and even charming, but also not with exceptional concentration …

So if you want to stock up in CdP: either wait until mid-2017 for the next fine vintage 2015 (which will be no doubt higher priced) … or buy well selected 2014s for the mid-term (or still available 2012s) … there are a lot of really good, satisfying wines, and often no need to wait 5-8 years or more to enjoy …
the best will certainly age for two decades.

Thank you guys!!
And the whites?
