2012 Domaine Roulot Bourgogne Blanc - France, Burgundy, Bourgogne Blanc (6/5/2014)
Perfect drinking from Zalto BDX showing a bright light green yellow color. With lovely expressive citrus aromas. On the palate refreshing and focused yellow fruits flavors and ending with very fine rounded acids and minerality. This is a very good BB that will drink great over the next decade. Very promising for the rest of Roulot 2012’s !

I’ve always found this to be a really enjoyable bottle of wine. However, the price has really crept up.
