A friend shared a 2000 Le Dame de Montrose with us last week. it was still drinking very well, mature but not over the hill. Unfortunately I finished the last of our case several years ago - pretty sure futures were less than $20!
I wanted to revisit this thread that I started because I want another one of these.
Other than the Renieri Brunello Riserva 2010 that I had in 2017, this ranks up there with that as the two best wines I have had.
And I opened a 1986 Haut Brion earlier this year.
Soooo, I see it is still available at a price and I want to have another one.
I still have one left.
Actually…I have the Main wine of Montrose 2010 and the Le Dame 2010 and even the 3rd wine 2010 Le St Estephe.
But that 2010 Le Dame was Unbelievable!!
I’ll be hearthbroken if I have that 2nd La Dame and none left as a few folks said they had 6 or so these put away.
Biggest wine I have ever had!!!
I can only Imagine what the main wine of 2010 is like.
So please feel free to send me one of your bottles of 10 Le Dame.
