***2010 Bruno Clair - Cazetiers**2005 Bouchard - Beze***

2010 Bruno Clair - Gevrey Chambertin - Cazetieres - my first time sampling this producer and I must say I’m impressed. Currant and blueberry nose, a chiseled palate of concentrated fruit and great length.
Still quite youthful, but a joy to drink because of the explosive fruit on the palate.

This has the bright acidity of the vintage, and admirable complexity.
I’ll wait a few years before popping the next one.

2005 Bouchard - Chambertin - Clos de Beze - after reading all the stellar reviews on CT, I decided to give this one a try for the first time. Compared to some '05 GCs this wine is in a very good place.
This is a textbook Beze, soft and rich, and exhibiting some tertiary flavors and an intoxicating nose. A very fine wine.
Hard to believe the auction price of this wine is approximately 10% that of the Rousseau.
I certainly won’t be selling any of my remaining bottles.
