Picked up a Mag of the 2005 Joseph Drouhin Clos Vougeot at a really good price…and when they shipped via Fedx, the bottle arrived completely crushed, and the box soaked with the 1.5 liters of the grand cru juice. I didn’t get to see the package, but the shop that sent the wine said it was bubble wrapped, peanuted, in a sturdy box. Goes to show you…USE STYRO!

This was off Winecommune…but thank God it was a reputable wine store. Refunded $, and very sorry for the problem.

You wouldnt have wanted to drink that bad boy before 2025 anyway, glad they’re replacing it!
