Carol says this is 100% Zinfandel but the color seems dark for that claim. nevertheless this is a complete joy that held up nicely over 3 nights by toeing that fine line between jammy sweet thing and real wine. enjoyed with both BBQ tri-tip and grilled ribeye. a very nice come back from a weird, older SV Ravenswood i had last weekend. this bottle can definitely can go for a few more years. in 05 Rocky Reserve and Karma Zin were my favorites of her offerings. not just a pretty label…
