Um…I did not like this. The nose had some olives and roasted meats, but it was faint…the palate was also faint with a brininess that reminded me of the same reason I dont like Chiantis, plus similar dry, hollow middle. After two hours it filled out a bit and showed some riper berries, but still…not a bad wine, but I was dissapointed.
Give it a couple of days of air.
Yeah…I figured someone would say that. I was going to this byob italian place, I dont have a ton of italian stuff and some was requested. The two other bottles I have will be buried for a while.
