Has anyone tried this wine yet? It’s now showing up in stock at a few places on WineSearcher. I had the 2003 last night for the first time. A little different from the 2002, but it was a great bottle of wine. My parents, who are not big into wine, were enchanted by the nose; they’d never had anything like it. Calabretta is one of my favorite finds as a result of WB.
I have not had it yet, but a case ships Monday and arrives next Thursday. No pobega-ing on that one though, sorry.
Well, I’ll be damned. Not even 10 minutes after I wrote the previous post, FedEx showed up. Curious, I met him at the door. My first ever purchase from Wine Library was confirmed just the other day, and I was told it would ship next Monday. I guess not.
