Any Tn’s? PC has them for $150 and that’s the price of a MV.
750s or 375s?
Looks like $229.99 to me…
PC email w/ 35% off in email. It is a pre arrival.
and I thought we champagnewringers are smarter…
shite, where is the 2002?
$150 is almost unbelievably low.
They’re releasing '03 before '02 because the former will, not surprisingly, drink better earlier.
More importantly, our own Brad Baker like it a lot.
2003 is good, damn good. I am a buyer at $200 let alone $150. As an aside $150 is not an unreasonable price as it is above wholesale in the US right now (at least in my area). The 2003 Krug is atypical. Blind, it is pretty much impossible to call as a 2003 and I have mixed it up with the 2000 more than once (calling the 2000 the 2003 and the 2003 the 2000).
2002 is coming, but not yet. Pinot is powerful in this year.
2003 Clos du Mesnil is out as well.
FYI - Crush has them IN-STOCK for $195
Great thread Otto; thanks for the heads up. I just ordered a few from PC, first time ordering pre arrival. I’m patient so the wait will be rewarding when I open the first bottle (hopefully), sounds like a special vintage for Krug.
PC charges you at time of order or time of shipping?
Good question Kyle, I just bought some and don’t know the answer.
I bought a couple of these from PC for the ~$150 they are charging. That’s steeper than I’m usually willing to pay for a bottle of wine, but it’s rare that you see Krug vintage that inexpensive. I’m very tempted to buy even more, but I am also in the market for a new car, which is perhaps more practical than Krug.
Time of order.
Less interesting to me. I was thinking I’d have 2 years to save.

I’m thinking about picking up more as well, excellent price.
In for a case, prearrival be damned.
Still waiting on my '96 Krug from them…

Thought about it as well, until a friend of mine showed me the e-mail he got from PC on Monday, where they told him they will not be able to deliveer his 2005 Lafite. Years and years of waiting only to find out they can’t make good? Who needs that.
