1999 Testarossa “Sleepy Hollow” PN - 14.8% alcohol
Healthy medium red. Rich, developed nose of spice, beets and raw meat.
Fine, structured, complex cranberry/pomegranate fruit with a dry, lipsmackin’ finish.
This likely is over 15% and yet there is absolutely no hint of high alcohol in the nose or taste.
I honestly don’t know how Ed does it.
