1995 Weingut Emmerich Knoll Ried Schűtt Dűrnsteiner Riesling, Smaragd alc 13.5%…with Shrimp Tikka Masala…fairly intense yellow color…nose of honeycomb and boytris…more intense and less sweet on the palate (than the nose would suggest) with lemon and quince…moderately intense acidity but a little unfocused around the edges…it has a decrescendo drying finish that becomes tart…it does great with the spicy dish…still youthful…
