Had this last night with a Flannery NY strip- opened about 2 hours before drinking- no decant.
Dark purple color- nose of plum, cassis- lovely mouthfeel and has developed a nice tobacco, leather and spice. Nice acidity and balance- tannins resolved. Medium body, and still has a great 30 second finish. My last bottle- wish I had more. Totally mature- but no signs of fading. Lovely wine.
