The WHOLESALE cost for this in NY is $135. In Europe the cheapest price I have seen is 89 euros. I have a feeling that the ownership took a bit of a price increase.
If you have not tasted it, the wine is amazing and might be better than the 2004, although I am in love with the 2004 Ornellaia!
they can price it wherever they want.

I will not be buying Ornellaia, from good/great vintages, until it’s back to around $80 or so per bottle…
05 was the start of this. The property was sold, so blame the new landlord. Oh, and the rash of folks around the world that went nuts buying 04 Ornellaia at twice what it seems like everyone here paid for it.
