  • 2015 Jean-Claude Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet (1/16/2020)
    Pretty evident menthol on the nose with delicious stone fruit and fine minerality. Acidity not as vibrant as other Ramonet village wines I have had, but I suspect this may be vintage related. A damn good young village Chassagne.

looks like it was pretty cold. Sounds good, though.

Anyone have the 16 Boudriotte lately? Was doing inventory and found two i’d logged as reds.
