TN: 1999 WLW Cabernet.

1999 Whitehall Lane Winery Cabernet Sauvignon. This is the regular Cab not the reserve. Opened and decanted for sediment. Served immediately.

Classic nose of Cassis and spices. Deep and dark. The palate is almost liqueur like in its intensity. Cassis, spicebox, blood. There's still some tannin providing a positive kick. These are in no danger of going downhill anytime soon but I doubt they'll improve much from where they are today.

This was my 5th bottle consumed since release and this wine has always shown well. 91 pts.
