Great! These works perfectly and 3 out of 4 are open. Pace's has free 1st bottle corkage fee. After 1st it is $25 with no bottle limit.
Let me know how it goes. Have eaten at 3 of 4 and they are good IMO (not Insignia).
Went to Pace's. Food was good. Had a table in the lounge area because no space in regular dining area. I wont sit there again. It was too noisy. Some group next to us was burping out loud, sneezing without covering up and just extremely loud.

Robke's Country Inn, Northport. Not sure about a restaurant that only serves wine by the glass. Anyone been? Corkage is allowed, seems to be around $20 - $25. Cash only. Not sure if they take reservations.

I think it has been around a long time, but I’ve never gone. What is the appeal?

If you can get to Insignia next time highly recommend. Believe the corkage is aggressive though.

Family members raved. But I have no idea what the appeal is when their specialty is a fried mozzarella tower.

Osteria Morini, in Roosevelt Field, near Pain Quotidian. Corkage is $25 per bottle, $50 mag. Max 2 bottles or 1 mag.

Informal atmosphere for a classy northern Italian meal: creamy ricotta on thick bruscetta toast; mixed grill with very tender grilled pork cutlet, nicely charred skirt steak and in house lean chix sausage. We split both and finished with a slice of their chocolate tart with hazelnut crust. Not cheap, but service was spot on.

We were charged $30. Pretty good wine glasses. Cash only, entrees are half price at lunch. No reservations accepted. Very large portions, moderate prices. Reminds me of Brooklyn old school Italian restaurants like Carolina's and Bamonte's. We enjoyed chicken scarpariello and fresh cheese ravioli with a large meatball. Friends had flounder or fluke stuffed with fresh blue crab. Too much for one person to finish. We'll try Sunday dinner next time. Saturday is a mad house. I can't believe they can run it so well when it's so crowded.

Blu Mediterranean, West Babylon offers free corkage. Nice wine glasses. In fact, everything is nice about this venue. Reminds me of Basil Cafe in Saint James. Carefully decorated and very pleasant and accommodating. Hard to see difference between Persian and Turkish menu. Instead of Persian stews, there are charcoal wood grilled kebabs. PS-- the dinner crowd here starts coming 9pm. If you reserve for 7, there's no problem getting a table.

Prime in Huntington is$40, and the wine must not be on their (very extensive) list . So you need to contact them to see if they have the same wine .

Returned last night. Still free to byo. I saw a few wine glasses on other tables. But we were given stemmed water goblets. They don't serve any alcohol. They make their own juice drinks which we didn't try. Attractively decorated with low lighting and lots of wood. Fries, cut from fresh potatoes come out first, as soon cooked, hot and crispy. Peruvian fried rice (chaufa), a favorite of mine, was a large portion. Their Peruvian green sauce, mildly spicy, was great on the BBQ chicken. BBQ sauce tasted made in house, not too sweet. Brought a '15 white village burg which had enough fruit to work with everything.
