I know- old topic. I’m going to a conference in Aspen in late July and wondered about current thoughts on favorite restaurants. I’ve reviewed the posts on eBob. I want to go back to Matsuhisa (last time was 2002). Pinions sounds good. How about Wild Fig? Thanks for the recommendations.

Montagna at The Little Nell! Where Richard Betts of Betts and Scholl used to be the Somm. Now it’s a guy named Dustin who is super talented and an MS candidate–20,000 bottle wine list.

Its been a couple of years but Montagna in the Little Nell, Pinions, Sysygy and Rustic have been good but, like I said, its been a couple of years.
