We just returned from our trip to France and Italy, which included 4 days in Piedmont. For travelers to the region, I just want to relay that Castello di Sinio was (for us) as good as others have said. We stayed in top hotels throughout the trip and I have to say that my wife and I both enjoyed Castello di Sinio the most. If you go, make sure you have dinner at the hotel one night.
Just thought it was worth its own post as this was a highlight of the trip.
