My wife and I are headed to the DR to an all inclusive in the Punta Cana area a little later this year. This was born partially out of my wife's love of the beach and my always wanting to vacation in wine country. I got my way on the last few trips (we don't vacation much), so her wish is my command this time around.
This is our first DR trip and our first all-inclusive. We are staying at the Majestic Colonial Club (adults only); I am just wondering if anyone out there with a little bit of experience can give us some tips or recommendations to maximize our good time? The one thing that I've heard is bring your own thermal drink cups, since they'll fill whatever you give them with whatever you ask for, you won't have to go back to the bar as often, and your drinks will stay cold.
Thanks in advance!

Dusty: Really looking forward to your thoughts. We have never been to Punta Cańa but have vacationed a couple of times In Puerto Plata. Love the DR in general!
