Have a trip coming up split between Portofino and Cinque Terre (staying in Manarola) and was wondering if anyone has done a fun cooking class in either of these two areas that they would suggest!
Thanks!

Re: Cooking class in Liguria?
Matt,
U Giancu in the hills above Rapallo is a fun restaurant that offers cooking classes. We were there years ago, so value my comments accordingly. The owner is obsessed with comics and is a very good cook, in addition to being a very funny guy.
We’ve eaten in the restaurant twice, but we haven’t taken classes. I don’t know what their status is given the pandemic.

Thank you for this post. We’ll be in SML in a few weeks so may try and work this into the schedule!

Re: Cooking class in Liguria?
I did find one that looks interesting at a Pie de Campu near Manarola. my parents have been to the restaurant before and rave about their focaccia. it looks like they have classes for focaccia, pesto, pasta, plus wine classes led by italian wine specialists.
