I'll try to join - though, if I can, I can't drink this time (due to the time difference and will have a round on the course after).

These are super informal, but lots of fun. It’s a great way to put faces to other Berserkers’ names. No entrance fees at all. Just your lovely self and a glass of wine or your tipple of choice should you chose to imbibe.

I’ll circulate a Zoom link closer to the date. Just check back on the thread and sign in.

Welcome to Wine Berserkers! champagne.gif

Wondering when we were going to get back to this...during my down days wondering if somehow I had bored/bothered/offending everyone else and you were meeting on the down-low. Just kidding...pandemics are more fun with Zoom and wine. Will mark my calendar.

After all the What time does this start on Berserkerday (Berserkers don't or can't read), you can't post this often enough. neener

9:00 Eastern

Years of being a frequent flyer and looking at the old printed timetables make me an expert. When United changed to using a 24 hour clock, it drove most of us crazy. Me? I learned the new time. I also dabble in miles to KM and F to C. [whistle.gif]

Figures you with all your FF miles would be used to 24h time. We pretty much use it by default in Brazil, so I grew up with it, but it still boggles me how many people can't subtract 12 from numbers [snort.gif]

Friday the 5th? I might be able to do that! I'm gonna be trying my 130-day Flannery that night, so I might hop on a bit later, so I don't make my son eat super late. Do post details! It's been a minute since I've been on one of these - no time lately.

And yes, Dan, the time thing has been the bane of my BerserkerDay existence. How people don't understand time zones is simply beyond my level of comprehension!

Good idea. Pick a Berserker wine that you've wanted to open but just haven't, for whatever reason.

First time Berserker Day participants, choose a wine that you've wanted to open but just haven't, for whatever reason.

Thoughts?

I like the idea of a theme. Berserker wines sounds like a fun one.

All are invited regardless of what they’re drinking though, so don’t hesitate to join champagne.gif

Who is posting the Zoom link? I'd do it but since I might not be on at 6pm Pacific, should be someone else, perhaps?

Besides...I've recruited some BerserkerDay royalty to join us on the session champagne.gif

I'm going to move this to the renamed 'Offline Planner', now 'Event Planner', so we can bring traffic back there for all of these events, both this casual/fun one and any of the 'meet the winemaker' type of events. Will keep it here as a ghost thread for a while, and keep it stickied

I was going to post the link closer to the date to bump the thread, but here ya go:
