I was hoping to do a dinner on Saturday April 28th. Looks like spring is finally here, so I was thinking of an white/rose tasting. Let me know who’s interested! Quick turnaround on this, so I figured I would open up to more than the usual group.
I was thinking we do this one at a restaurant, so let me know ASAP. If the restaurant doesn’t work, we can do potluck at my house. If its nice, maybe outside on the lawn.
typical rules, 1 bottle per attendee and for this we will do $30+ for the main bottles instead of the normal $50 limit as it’s more fun than serious.
For me, I was thinking:
2013 or 2015 Lambrays Rose du Clos,
2012 Sine Qua Non - In the Abstract,
And some fun side wines:
NV Frank Cornelissen Susucaru 4 Rose (2010 or 2011 I think- we’ll see)
2002 Hermann J. Wiemer Riesling Dry (Can finger lakes riesling age??)
