For the record, I will not be eating pasta in the US for the foreseeable future. And I plan to learn how to make my own fresh pasta. Holy crap, after you eat pasta in Italy for a week, the stuff we have is like drinking 2 buck chuck compared with Grand Cru Burgundy.
