OK, I’ve never sold any of my wine, but it seems that folks are going gaga over the wines from Domaine Bizot (I agree, they are outstanding) and this might be a good opportunity for me to cover some of my recent riesling purchases and make a Bizot-hunter happy in the process!
I’m lucky to have several of the '14 Vosne-Romanée and wouldn’t mind parting with two bottles if there is actually interest at auction level prices. CT pegs this at $425, and idealwine just sold a '17 at $627 (incl buyer premium) and a '12 at $657 (incl buyer premium). Wine House in LA has an '08 for $650. Asking price? $425. Prefer to sell both bottles to same buyer.
I bought these locally from an excellent retailer back when it was released three years ago, and have kept in 55 degree cellar since.
