This is an awesome cellar saver.
Régnard was founded in 1860, and is one of the oldest houses in Chablis. The winemaking is no nonsense. Cool fermentations in stainless steel vats allow for a transparent reflection of the storied terroir. This wine offers a cool expression of green orchard fruit and citrus with great acid. The palate is all rocks and minerals. It is exactly what Chablis should be.
This isn’t something that I will be able to offer again at this price. It is a result of former distributor clearing inventory. If you want it, now is the time. Offered at the lowest price in the USA by a wide margin.
