Looking to sell a bottle of 2001 Rousseau Clos St. Jacques. Bought a case shortly after release and kept in a Vinotemp ever since. The fill is about a quarter inch below the foil line. Just opened one last weekend with my cousin Marine Ente, who is visiting from Puligny Montrachet and Joe Davis, of Arcadian.
They both thought it was excellent.
