selling my beloved baratza vario. it’s a reference home espresso grinder. this is the one with ceramic burrs, so more ideal for espresso than coarser grinds, but it can certainly accommodate. super easy to dial in and looks pretty good on the counter. grinding is based on time (down to the 10th of a second) and there are 3 memory presets (i’ve only used one, but i suppose you could do single and double shots).

i just replaced the belt so you’re good for more than a few years easy. baratza also has amazing customer service and they’re happy to chat about anything. i’ve kept this super clean and the burrs look brand new. used exclusively at home for about 3 shots per day for about 4 years.
